On the 16 of July 2013 I will be doing a tandem skydive from 15000ft, (the highest tandem in the world without O2).“I might as well start from the highest point for my first experience eh”

I have wanted to do some sort of skydive for sometime now and have finally decided to take the jump.

So I thought, if the promise of seeing a video of my scared little furry face doing 120mph at 15000ft could raise some money for a good cause along the way, even the better.

This is not an opportunity for me to “claim a free skydive”, as it is something I’ve wanted to do myself and feel it is unfair for me to take any money away from the charity as “expenses” for my experience of a lifetime, because every penny could make a real difference.

None of your money donated will go towards the cost of my jump. All donations will go directly to Cancer Research UK, and I will be absorbing all of the costs to jump myself.

 

Why Cancer Research?

Out of my four choices of really deserved charity's, I found deciding which single one to raise money for, quite a hard choice to be honest.

We all know what cancer is. Unfortunately we will all be affected by cancer at points throughout our lives, whether it directly, through a loved one, or someone else dear in your life. I have and sadly some of you will too.

But you never know the money you donate to Cancer Research UK in honour of my skydive, may directly contribute towards funding a cure???
